In these private sacred energy healing sessions, I serve as a tuning fork, holding a frequency that invites your soul — your divine intelligence — to align and remember its innate power to heal. Each session is intuitively guided and energetically attuned to your soul’s unique needs, creating a space of deep reverence, clarity, and integrity. We do not merge fields or take on the energy of others; instead, through guided facilitation, you are supported in gently releasing what no longer serves you and inviting in peace, alignment, and emotional, spiritual, and energetic healing at the deepest level.

Somatic Experience Work

1:1 Somatic Experience

Our somatic sessions support you in returning to the wisdom of your body. By accessing the body’s innate intelligence, we gently move stored emotions, trauma, and energetic stagnancy through breath, movement, and presence. These sessions empower you to feel safe, grounded, and fully embodied in your healing journey.
